2021 Surplus Sale - Maintenance & Administration
The Jackson Parish Police Jury is accepting sealed bids for the sale of the attached surplus items. Sealed bids will be received in the office of the Jackson Parish Police Jury from Wednesday, December 1, 2021 until 11:00 AM Thursday, December 9, 2021, at which time all bids will be opened and read aloud. All bids must be submitted on the official bid tabulation forms that are available at the sale location or on our website at JacksonParishPoliceJury.org/rfps. The surplus items will be available for inspection Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM at the Jackson Parish Administrative Building, 160 Industrial Drive, Jonesboro, LA 71251. To inspect the items, contact Mr. Brad Roller, Operations Manager, at (318) 259-5691 to schedule an appointment. Bids submitted for each property item must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the outside of the envelope clearly marked as “SEALED BID – SURPLUS SALE ITEM #” no later than 11:00 AM, Thursday, December 9th to Ms. Gina Thomas, Secretary-Treasurer, Jackson Parish Police Jury, 160 Industrial Drive, Jonesboro, LA. All items are sold “as-is”. The Jackson Parish Police Jury reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
